If you bought currency or items and you can't find them in your game, switch off your device and reboot it. Wait a minute or two, because the system can be slow.

Remember: All the buildings (Character Buildings, Decorations, and Suppliers are placed on the Promotions Tab inside the market).

After your device is back on, load Addams Family Mystery Mansion. If after more than one hour, you still don't have your goods, contact our support and report your problem.

Make sure you provide your User Id and your receipt.

For you to get your receipt, follow these steps:

For Apple Devices

1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
2. Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
3. Swipe up to Purchase History and tap it.
4. Select the Order Receipt you want to see.

For Android Devices

To see a list of all your charges from the Google Store

1. Visit pay.google.com
2. Sign in to your Google Account
3. On the left click Subscriptions and Services
4. Click View Purchases
5. Select an order to see your receipt (If you need your order number you can find it in your receipt page)

For Amazon Devices

To view details about your digital orders from Your Account be sure to go to your Digital Orders page which automatically defaults to orders placed within the last 30 days. If you need an older order, change the view using the drop-down menu at the top of the page.

You can also print an invoice from your Digital Orders page, click the "Invoice" link next to the order you need.
